RENTAL CONDITIONS EXTRACT

• Booking should be made at least 8 days before departure (presenting a copy of identity card, driver's license),
• Minimal rental period 3 nights (excl. long weekend and public holidays).
• For confirm the reservation, the Lessee must pay the total amount of the quote (in case of rentals longer than 7 nights, it is sufficient to pay the deposit equal to 40% of the total, balance due 1 month before departure); The reservation is considered confirmed upon payment/credit of the above balance/down payment.
• Deposit euro 1000,00 by CREDIT CARD (NO American Express) for guarantee (pre autorisation not cashed till the check of vehicle on arrival) unlocked after max 20 days (possibly decreased if damages caused to the vehicle). For rental >20 days renew of the pre autorisation at the drop off
• For each rental is mandatory kit ready2go € 99,00 flat rate for: delivery fees, recharge chemical toilet, gas bottle and water tanks, supply of water pipe, 220V cable, wedges, toilet liquid, toilet paper, cabin curtains, tire chains, shovel, brush and delivery fee (full and comprehensive explanation of how the motorhome works) and sanitising service € 30 [this costs are already calculated in total price]

• Daily rate includes 100KM / week end rate includes 650km; over the km included, 0.30€ surcharge, option unlimited KM rate is 35€/nights.
• High Season rate Km unlimited (high season minimum 7 nights; August minimum 14 nights); low and medium season option KM unlimited is 35€ /nights.
• Pick up starting from 9:30AM (NO bank holidays / high season) and drop off within10:30AM - in case of non respect of drop off agreed time a penalty will be charged.
• Pick up time is assigned by the Lessor and communicated a few days before the departure by email
• Approximately one week before departure, the Lessor will send by email the VIDEOGUIDE explaining how use the vehicle and its equipments; the Lessee must watch it before departure; on the pick up day the Lessor will briefly clarify any doubts.
• Saturday, Sunday and holiday eves pick up and drop off NOT possible [not pick up/drop off from 11:30AM to 02:00PM and after 6:00PM except agreements with the Directions]

• All of our vehicles are new, equipped of air conditioning in cabin, cruise control, radio, external awning 
• All our vehicles are strictly checked (authorised Centre Ford / Fiat) sanitized, guarantee, with all insurance coverage: R.C.A., Green Card, fire and theft, Breakdown and partial Kasko (Franchise € 1400 - on demand option for low the franchise at 50%, 25€/night).
• All vehicles drivend by a B driving licence / international driving licence (drive's age fron 21 to 70 years, with driving licence for at least 3 years); some models have automatic gear box.
• Second driver FREE.
• External parking, fenced, controlled by cameras FREE.
• Possibility of hiring various KITS (bed, kitchen, table....) see RENTAL KIT section of our website.
• Personal effects found during cleaning will be at the Lesse's disposal for a period not exceeding 2 weeks from the drop off, excluding perishable goods which shall be immediately disposed of.
• Vehicle must be returned with same level of fuel as departure.
• Vehicle should be returned CLEENED IN THE INSIDE, with USED WATER AND WC TANK EMPTY, if at the drop off these operations are not done we will debit a penalty.
• NB: Service of FINAL CLEANING DOESN’T included empty of used water tank and WC tank ALWAYS AT CLIENT CHARGE (if not done we will debit a penalty)
• Possibility to make an appointment for visit the vehicles (depending on availability).
• At rental confirmation shall be considered accepted the terms and conditions of hire (see www.camper2go.com). Camper2go reserves the right to replace the rented vehicle with another of equal seating capacity.
